Tandy Leather strives to give 100% satisfaction when shopping with us. In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase within 60 days and we will refund the purchase price to the original form of payment. Original receipt is required. Product(s) must be in the original packaging and leather must not be altered in any way. All refunds are subject to manager’s approval. Final sale and clearance items are excluded. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Preauthorization is required for all product returns. Purchases may be returned to Tandy Leather Corporate Headquarters located in Fort Worth, TX USA. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping. Please contact Customer Service at TLFHELP@tandyleather.com for assistance.
